Nancy Koehn

Nancy Koehn is a celebrated historian at the Harvard Business School where she holds the James E. Robison chair of Business Administration. Koehn's research focuses on how great leaders enable their people, crafting lives of purpose, worth, resilience, and impact.

Her 2017 book, Forged in Crisis: The Power of Courageous Leadership in Turbulent Times is a leadership classic and also a Wall Street Journal bestseller.
